Classy. He continues to be an embarrassment to his family and to the Packers organization. How many times must he be arrested before the organization dumps him? Maybe they need to wait for a new CBA before they can trade or cut him.
I wish Mrs. Underwood well in her divorce proceedings. I hope she eventually finds a decent man to provide a good example for her kids.

Ah...we agree on something. Excellent.
This just in....his wife is "in love with him" and says "he has never given me a reason to be afraid of him in any way". That's what she told the judge, as she joined the hubby in his first appearance before the judge on THIS charge.
Stand by for a violent, disfiguring beating, or, God forbid, a murder, which is usually the next step in a situation like this.
He probably apologized real nice and gave her an expensive gift. A member of my extended family put up with an abusive husband for years following that same pattern. She finally divorced him, but the abuse still didn't end until he ended up in prison on drug charges. She never pressed charges against him.
Why would you cut a player for a private matter. The NFL is about winning games and that is all the team needs to care about.
A player whose impulse control problems keep getting him in trouble is not an asset to the team. Last year's arrest got several of his teammates hauled in for questioning and damaged their reputations. The Packers should have cut him after that. Underwood's next arrest may happen during the season, which would make it more difficult to win games.
The Packers can't do anything until there is a new collective bargaining agreement. Assuming there is one and the season is played, we'll see if he makes the roster. He's pretty replaceable.
